Chef Dessie is a culinary expert trained at the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Specializing in modern cuisine with classic techniques, Chef Dessie creates unforgettable dining experiences. Her passion for cooking developed while obtaining her undergraduate degree in Engineering Technology. She would use her creative mind to develop dishes for her roommates and other students on campus. During covid she had extra time on her hand and decided to pursue a culinary degree to follow what she started in undergrad. Since, then she has the opportunity to be a chef at various restaurants, provide catering services for birthday parties, private events, intimate events, and more.
